Write your book by talking.

You don't have to be a writer. Just tell your story.

My Living Diary turns spoken memories into beautiful book chapters while keeping the storyteller's original recording, exactly as it was spoken.

An open book with glowing pages, a golden voice waveform, photographs, film frames, handwritten notes, dates and places flowing into its chapters

The story behind My Living Diary

In this short film, Geuzane Castro tells how a Brazilian hairdresser who arrived in the United States with one suitcase started recording her memories out loud — and why she built a place where anyone can turn spoken memories into a real book, in their own voice, kept private until they choose to share it.

A guided walkthrough

What happens when you speak a memory

Eight simple steps, in plain language. Nothing here happens without you seeing it first, and your original recording is never replaced.

  1. Step 1

    Speak your memory

Press the microphone and simply talk, the way you would tell a grandchild. No writing, no typing, no perfect sentences needed.

  2. Step 2

    We keep your real voice

Your original recording is saved exactly as you spoke it, in the language you used. It is never replaced by anything the computer makes.

  3. Step 3

    Your words become a transcript

The recording is written out word for word, so you can see everything you said on the page.

  4. Step 4

Keep My Exact Words or Polish My Story

You choose. Keep the transcript untouched, or let it be gently tidied for reading — no new facts, no new personality, nothing invented.

  5. Step 5

    Review and approve

You read the chapter, edit any line, or restore the original transcript. Nothing becomes a chapter until you say yes.

  6. Step 6

    Add photos or a video

Attach a photograph or a short video memory so the people and places have faces.

  7. Step 7

Private, or shared with chosen family

Every chapter starts visible only to you. You decide, chapter by chapter, who may ever see it.

  8. Step 8

    Your Living Diary grows

One memory at a time, the chapters become a beautiful book your family can read and hear for generations.

One voice. One volume. Yours.

From Brazil to a New Beginning

I left Brazil with two suitcases and a language I did not speak yet. Everything I owned fit in my hands; everything I hoped for did not.

The story video above is a real recording. Reading and listening both work now and open this same example chapter.

Why I Created My Living Diary

My name is Geuzane Castro. I was born in Brazil and came to the United States in 1997. My life has taken me through motherhood, entrepreneurship, beauty, business ownership, profound loss, personal challenges, and an unexpected journey into artificial intelligence.

I built businesses, raised a family, reinvented myself more than once, and learned that some of life's most important stories are never written down. After losing my father, I understood how priceless a person's voice, memories, expressions, and life lessons become.

I began imagining something more meaningful than an ordinary diary: a living place where people could speak their memories, preserve their real voices, add the photographs and videos that bring those moments to life, and gradually transform everything into their own book.

My Living Diary was created so that no meaningful story, voice, or memory has to disappear.
